I don't know what I'm doing anymore. Haha. I'm not really following my running plan as of late; the whole vacation thing really threw me off. I guess I feel accomplished for being able to jog 2 miles at 4.5 mph, but now I'm trying to up my speed as opposed to distance. Finally can say that I am "running" now since I'm going 5 mph. It's kind of frustrating when people say "only 5 mph." DO YOU KNOW HOW FAST THAT IS TO ME? Damn.
Anyways, here's what I did:
1 mile @ 5mph
0.25 mile @ 3mph
0.5 mile @ 5mph
0.59 mile @ 3mph = 2.09 mile/30 minutes
10 lbs:
15 bicep curls
15 right tricep bench extensions
15 left tricep bench extensions
10 anterior raises
15 bicep curls
15 right tricep bench extensions
15 left tricep bench extensions
50 crunches
25 reverse crunches
25 right knee oblique crunches
25 left knee oblique crunches
