5K Training: Day 71

Even though my initial plan was to NOT workout today in order to get back on my original running schedule, my eating habits today were less than moderate (too much vacation time taught my appetite bad manners) so I decided to go to the gym and run. It felt nice to actually ENJOY my run as opposed to thinking I was running through the eighth level of Hell...

Anyways, here's what I did:
1 mile @ 5mph
0.5 mile @ 3mph
0.5 mile @ 5mph
0.09 mile @ 3mph == 30 minutes cardio

(10 lbs for all)
15 bicep curls
15 tricep bench extensions, right
20 tricep bench extensions, left
20 bicep curls
20 tricep extensions, right
15 tricep extensions, left
10 anterior raises

50 crunches
25 reverse crunches
15 oblique crunches to right knee
15 oblique crunches to left knee

I was feeling ambitious. We'll see how I feel tomorrow morning. Right now, it's time to shower and get ready for fireworks round 2. Let's hope Black Hawk's show is better than Denver's. Last night was a pansy display. HAPPY FOURTH YA'LL!
