30 minutes on stationary bike, level 5
2 x 15 reps dumbbell curls (10 lbs)
2 x 15 reps dumbbell rows (10 lbs)
2 x 15 reps tricep overhead extensions (10 lbs)
2 x 15 reps bench press (10 lbs)
2 x 20 reps of catwalk pins
2 x 15 reps kettleball swings (8 kg!)
2 x 25 reps crunches
50 reps of cross-body (oblique) crunches
I have a feeling my legs are going to HATE me tomorrow. But they're fat so they deserve to be in pain. SEPARATE THUNDER THIGHS! :) I also made a MyFitnessPal acct, because once again, I'm looking for a way to NOT have to pay for WeightWatchers every month. Bitch is poor! We'll see how it goes.
