5K Training: Day 43

Jillian Micheals 30DS, Day 6. Still kicking my ass, but I guess it's never supposed to be easy. I'm just hoping to be able to do the whole workout without stopping for a break. (Don't worry, Jillian, my break is no longer than five seconds.) Only four more workouts until I move up to Level 2. Eek!

Also, I weighed myself this morning and I'm back to normal range. It said 205.4 (I think) which is only 0.6 lbs over what it was when I left for the wedding. It took a while to work off that water weight or whatever you want to call it. Though it's nice to have the MFP community to help me through it because if I would have come back from the weekend to see a 10 lbs gain, I would have flipped a shit and pigged out in frustration thinking it really was a weight gain instead of a temporary one. :)

One last thing, my friend wants me to sign up for a 4 mile run on July 17th. I was just starting to think I could do a 3 miler, but 4 miles freaks me out. I may need to crank up the training soon...
