5K Training: Day 29

Needless to say since the new Gaga album came out last night--I jammed to that while I worked out today. LOVE IT.

45 minutes on stationary bike (bike = 220, DB = 612, MFP = 491)

2 sets of 15 tricep extensions (10 lbs)
2 sets of 15 dumbbell rows (10 lbs)
2 sets of 15 dumbbell curls (10 lbs)

2 sets of 15 kettlebell swings (8kg)
2 sets of 30 catwalk pins

2 sets of 30 crunches
100 oblique crunches
