Ah, the start of Week 3.
Walked for 20 minutes (1 incline, 3.5 mph)
30 reps of tricep
30 reps of curls
50 crunches
50 cross-body crunches
30 reps of 4kg kettleball swings
My legs STILL hurt from the kettleball swings on Friday, so i figured I should just keep going at this point. Tomorrow marks the first time I try to run more than 15 minutes. WISH ME LUCK.
