5K Training: Day 12

25 minutes of walking (3.5 mph/1 incline).
30 reps of dumbbell curls
30 reps of tricep extensions
50 crunches
50 cross-body crunches
AND I SPICED THINGS UP A BIT: 50 reps of kettle ball swings using the 4kg. Probably wasn't a very good idea since I can already feel the inside of the thighs getting sore, but tomorrow is my rest day so they can recuperate then.

TODAY IS BOOT SHOPPING DAY! In a few hours, I will officially own a pair of cowboy boots & be a Colorado-an. :]
